Needles with a wide eye and a blunt tip.
Needles are designed for cross stitch on counted fabrics (Aida, etamine (even), linen, etc.)
Each size (22, 24, 26) corresponds to a different eye width for use with different numbers of floss threads.
Needles #22 are best suited for embroidering on 11 count Aida (~4 crosses / 1 cm) or uniform canvas 22-25 counts.
And also for embroidering with floss in 3-6 folds or Perlé 5.
This needle size is also suitable for embroidering with ribbons on counted canvas.
