ATTENTION! RETURN OF GOODS

Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" provides for the right of the consumer to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar one, if the purchased product does not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose. Exchange is possible within 14 days, except for the day of purchase, unless a longer period is announced by the seller. The exchange of goods is carried out if it has not been used and if its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels and the settlement document issued by the seller together with the goods are preserved. If at the time of exchange the desired product is not on sale, the consumer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale agreement and get the money back.

However, not every product can be exchanged (returned) in this way. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange or return. Such goods include:

Food products.

Medicines.

Sangihienne items.

Photographic films, photographic plates, photographic paper.

Corset products.

Perfumery and cosmetic products.

Feather and down products.

Children's soft toys.

Children's rubber inflatable toys.

Toothbrushes.

Mouthpieces.

Shavers.

Shaving brushes.

Combs, combs and massage brushes.

Mutes (for wind instruments).

Violin chin rests.

Gloves

Fabrics.

Tulle and lace fabrics.

Carpet products by the meter.

Underwear.

Bed linen.

Hosiery, sewing and knitted products.

Goods in aerosol packaging.

Printed publications.

Linear and sheet metal products, pipe products, lumber, moldings (plinth, platbands), board materials (fiberboard and particleboard, plywood) and glass, cut or cut to size specified by the buyer (customer).

Audio, video cassettes, discs for laser reading and recording systems.

Products made of natural and artificial hair (wigs).

Products for newborns (diapers, pacifiers, feeding bottles, etc.).

Tools for manicure, pedicure (scissors, files, etc.).

Jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, precious stones of organic formation and semi-precious stones.

This list of goods is exhaustive. The seller has no right to refuse to exchange (return) a product that is not included in the list, if it meets all the requirements stipulated in Article 9 of the Law (the product appearance, labels, seals are preserved, there is a payment document, etc.)
