Recommendations for use for high-quality and reliable bonding:

Option A "Gluing thin and light fabrics":

Gutermann HT 2 apply a thin layer to one side,

Wait 2 minutes until the glue dries,

Fold both parts, press them lightly,

Done.

It should be remembered: it is advisable to apply the glue in a point-like manner, in no case pressing or rubbing it into the fabric. If there is still a risk of glue penetrating through a light, thin fabric, thoroughly wet the area where the glue is to be applied with a damp sponge

Option B "Gluing heavy and dense fabrics":

Apply a thin layer of Gutermann HT 2 to both sides,

Wait 10 minutes until the glue dries well,

Apply a thin layer of glue again to one side, immediately fold both parts together and press,

Done.

Option B "Gluing thin and light fabrics with an iron":

Apply a thin layer of Gutermann HT 2 to one side,

Wait 15 minutes until the glue dries,

Fold both parts, lightly iron (in the "wool" position),

Done.

Changing a "glued" seam:

Unstick the seam: simply iron the seam and separate it immediately,

Change the seam: after unsticking the seam, fold it again and iron it. Do not apply more glue, as the previous layer is still strong.

Remove the glue:

Incorrectly applied glue: leave the glue to dry and then simply remove it,

If the Gutermann HT 2 glue was incorrectly or mistakenly applied and eventually penetrated through the thin fabric, it should be removed immediately with acetone (Gutermann HT 2 glue stains cannot be removed by dry cleaning!).

Remember: Before removing glue stains, a test should be carried out. Some acetate fabrics (some lining fabrics, etc.) cannot be treated with this glue. In any case, it is recommended to carry out a preliminary test to avoid possible peeling.
